Every Monday, for the next 16 weeks, I will be updating you on my personal progress and how I’m generally finding the guide/challenge. So, prepare for the most unflattering photo’s I’ve ever posted!

For those new to fitness, Grace’s guides, although challenging, are incredibly easy to pick up. The routines are simple to follow and (if you’ve purchased them and downloaded them onto the Aflete app) have step-by-step video instructions for all the moves. Both guides are suitable for beginners.
